Biography:
Deng Min, M.D., PhD, focuses primarily on neurodegenerative diseases, especially on motor neuron diseases. My research is supported by national research grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Doctoral Projects of the Ministry of Education, Natural Science Foundation of Beijing and Science and Technology new star of Beijing. I have published over 10 scientific articles as the first or correspongding author including published in Nature Genetics. I have received a series of awards in recognition of my research achievements, including Science and Technology new star of Beijing, outstanding young scholars of Peking University Health Center, Excellent scientific research personal of Peking University Third Hospital, the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Progress Award, and Scientific and Technological Progress Award of the ministry of education.
