Dr. Deepak Sumbria (born 9 September 1984) had completed his graduation and post graduation (PG) for College of Veterinary Sciences, Indira Gandhi Agricultural University is an agricultural university located in Raipur (Chhattisgarh), India. During his PG he has performed many in‑vitro trials on predacious fungi (Duddingtonia flagrans and Verticillium chlamydosporium). After that he has completed his PhD (Veterinary Parasitology) from College of Veterinary Sciences, Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University is a veterinary university in Ludhiana, Punjab, India and worked on Theileria equi prevalence. He has published 16 researches, 7 review articles in many national and international journals along with 9 gene bank submission. He has got two time best poster awards, and has 9 abstract in various national and international symposium, moreover he has also completed various short term courses including a Brazil tour. He has written over one book and one book chapters. He has more than 2 year experience in research and teaching, at present He is a tutor with the Post‑ Graduate Institute of Veterinary Education & Research (PGIVER), Jaipur, India for B.V.Sc &AH course.
