Arthur Castleton is a Research Scientist at Brigham Young University. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he studied utilizing porcine cardiac extracellular matrix (ECM) to differentiate human IPSCs into cardiomyocytes. He then transitioned to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to research at the McGowan Institute for Regenerative Medicine with Stephen Badylak. There he isolated and characterized colonic ECM and compared the tissue specific effects of ECM. In the past year he has authored 5 publications and presented at 8 conferences.
